I was looking for a truck for 3 months. Other dealerships treated me as if I was a bother and looking for a quick sale. When I went to Sullivan GMC of Ocala I was greeted by salesman, Patrick Kimak. He showed patience and sincerity. During my experience I was introduced to Mr. Sullivan. Both Mr. Kimak and Mr. Sullivan treated me as if I was family. I purchase a new 2018 GMC Sierra Z71 4×4. After the sale Mr. Kimak has contacted me asking if I had any questions and if there was anything else I needed. Costumer service was first rate.
Dealt with Sullivan for many years, no problems. Only disappointed in my new car, mainly my own fault, for not asking if it had one and that was the fact that there was no CD player. I use this more than a radio. Was told all 2019's were like that, hope not.
I had major repairs done to my car and I must say I received excellent customer service from Matt Sowell (Service Advisor) and Mike (Auto Technician). Now, my car runs like a brand new car! Well done Matt and Mike! Thank you.
