Took me in right away I had no appointment but had engine lite on so within an hour it was all done needed a coile it was $600.00 I thought that was a little high but the work was done and I’m very happy with the results thank u

Received message from OnStar. Contacted service department. Service department said they didn't know what it meant and ENDED call. Few minutes later service department called back. Said hey talked to some of the other guys and to take "the key fob to the parts department, not urgent probably just the key fob remote battery". Three days later heading for a connection for an international trip and car wouldn't start. This is typical. Very disappointed. We thought it was just a Sales Department that needed improvement. But that whole dealership is an embarrassment to GM. Also, why have an "assigned service advisor" if when you bring in your car you have to deal with some one you have not built a trust relationship and talks out of both sides of his mouth?

They were polite and serviced my Enclave. Radio still does not always shut off when the door opens and the exterior cleaning was so-so. Also asked them to re-coat rear bumper area with Major Guard and that was not stated as being done on this day. How can you tell if it was done. Not enough info as to what was done.
