My wife has had problems with her Cadillac SRX for the past 3 years. She had purchased the vehicle from Davis Chevrolet/Cadillac in Gainesville, Florida. After 4 attempts with Davis Service Dept. trying to determine, thru their "diagnostic" testing, why the battery continues to go dead, we decided to take the vehicle to Sullivan's Cadillac Service Department. We left the vehicle with them overnight. Low and behold within 24 hours we received a call from their Service Adviser, Dylan. He said there was a module drawing over 450 ma as opposed to the normal 4 ma in the "sleep" mode. He ordered a new module, had it replaced and we drove it home on the 3rd day. KUDOS to Sullivan's Service Dept. We will be routine customers from now on!!!
