i came in just for an oil change. I didnt have an appointment. The gentleman who was working, was very attentive. He was very busy, and by himself. I have a maintenance plan with Fidelity. His computer said I didn't have any coupons left to use. I KNEW that was incorrect. He patiently waited on the phone--on a Saturday--to reach someone at Fidelity. They assured him I DID in fact have 5 coupons left. I was very thankful that he called. This gentleman was very professional. Once my service was done, he promptly called me.
