I was very impressed with the service and treatment at Sullivan last week. Patrick was waiting for me when he saw me approach the service area. Everything was done on our Dinali within about 45 minutes. Patrick came and gave me the keys and told me exactly what was done. He said if I had any further problems with the message regarding the oil to call him and that they would address it at that time. He said if it appeared again, that it was probably a chip in the computer. Everyone at the dealership was professional and made the customers feel very comfortable while they were there.
