The service doors were locked and I had to wait outside for someone to come out to help me. One person came out and gave me a form to fill out and then he left. I filled out the form and I stood around waiting and someone else eventually came out to ask what I was there for. I said an oil change, and then they decided to help me. I had an appointment for the oil change.
