The engine light indicated it would slow down to 65 mph soon as we traveled north. We hurried to Sullivan’s which diagnosed faulty DEF tank. In 3 hours it was installed and we were on the road. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Went into Sullivan Buick GMC Truck today 09-23-23 after receiving a call from STEPHEN about a truck. Arrived around 3pm. He originally wanted to show me a F-150 with a 4cyl engine, i told him over the phone what i was looking for exactly and why i needed what i wanted. I was Previously approved for a F-150 from Hgreg in Orlando that i was heading to go look at. The Truck there was under 33,000 and was in the financing range. of vehicle i qualified for. Took a chance that Mr Jones would be able to get me a truck without the drama you normally get from dealerships. there business card states Completely Satisfied That is a JOKE. My Woman caught him outside before he showed me the F-150 with the 4cyl engine. BC she knew i wouldn't buy it. She seen a Silverado that screamed perfect. So he brought it up. I looked at it. It checked off all the wants and needs of a vehicle. It was priced at 35,000 . above my pre approved loan from outside source. He Convinced me to run my credit that he may be able to get me a better deal and save me the drive to Orlando. Told me that credit companies like Equifax and experian doesn't drop if its multiple credit checks from same type of loan like auto or mortgage. Well he was wrong. my score dropped over 70 points. I only know that because i pay for equifax and experian for the data. I said ok no big deal if he can finance in house. but no they wouldn't make it work at 750 a month took vehicle left me at desk for 15min before i just walked out. I DO NOT RECOMEND ANYBODY TO USE THEM. Not only did i not get a vehicle there i didn't get a Truck at HGREG in orlando because of the wasted time in Sullivan's Buick GMC. On (9-25-23) I walked in and spoke to Mr. Cruz Rodriguez Told him I was Unsatisfied with Stephen and i wanted to speak to someone else that i didn't like the treatment i received previously. Cruz Helped me out get the truck i wanted took about 1.5 hrs in total and I drove away in a 2020 silverado. Cost little more per month than i wanted but overall it was a good. They explained a lot about credit and made the process simple. So Ask For CRUZ

I absolutely do not like car shopping however AJ and Dylan Cox at the Ocala store made our buying experience smooth and easy from start to finish! They were very helpful, easy to talk to there was no haggling or pressure from either one of them. If you’re in the market for a new car these two gentlemen are the best. I had to have my car towed to Sullivan Buick GMC to have serviced on a Saturday afternoon. I had the pleasure to deal with JC Gilbert in the Service Dept and he was so helpful and attentive to my situation. He had a quick diagnosis done and contacted me at home a short while later. Turns out my car just needed a battery and things were taken care of quickly and I was back in my car in no time. JC Gilbert made the whole process very satisfying and I give a thumbs up and 5 stars to him! Thank you soooo much!

After being discouraged at several other dealers in the area I went to Sullivan Buick GMC in Ocala and met with the sales staff. They greeted me with smiles and a positive vibe. No pushy sales people which was the best part. Enjoyed my visit so much I bought 2 cars from there!

I have been using Sullivan Buick GMC since I bought my used 2011 GMC Pick-up in October of 2012. I was given a good deal on trade and have continued to have Sullivan to service my vehicles. Yes, I bought another used 2015 from Sullivan in in April of 2017 it had 18,231 miles. Their finance department is excellent. Sullivan's service team is polite, listens to your needs and sets forth to service the vehicle. If they discover a problem with with the vehicle or need to make you aware of additional repairs or additional costs it is done forthright. You have the right to elect to continue service or postpone the service until another time. When I have had lengthy repairs they will transport me to another location for shopping or dining. Call the dealer when your are ready to return and you will be picked up. If service is completed and you are off their campus they will call to advise and send pick up when you are ready. Ask for a car wash and it will be done if the attendant is free. Be aware that the wash attendant washes and re-cleans the interior of your new or used vehicle at time of purchase. This dealership is excellently managed.

I have stayed away from car dealerships for years after some really bad experiences. I came into Sullivan prepared to fight but instead I was completely taken care if. I left with a great car at a great price with zero worry or buyers remose. Anthony Singh is a gem and I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone

As we traveling back home from Disney we had some car trouble and pulled into service a 1/2 hour before closing. The service support did everything to get us back on the road home!! Thank you!!

Just bought my second truck from Sullivan in 3 years. Both of my experiences were very pleasant never any pressue or pushy selling tactics to get me to buy. Both times I dealt with the same salesman on both vehicles. Jay Tracey is are real pleasure to deal with and looks out for his customers and treats them with great respect and good customer service. Jay makes the whole sales expierence run smooth from beginning to end. Even after the sale he calls to check if you are happy and satisified with your vehicle. The service Dept. also has been a plessure to deal with, any time I have had a problem most minor that you could expierence with any new vehicle they have gotten me right in and taken care of the problem. I will definitely be going back to them in the future. The whole staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome when ever you walk in to the dealership.

I have purchased many cars over my lifetime but I found the buying experience at Sullivan Cadillac to be the very best. Although I was just shopping for a used SRX to occupy some of my time as a toy, I found that every member of the Sullivan Staff treated my wife and I as though we were there to purchase a new Cadillac. Every member of the Sullivan Staff we encountered on our visit was friendly and most helpful. We truly felt at home and that is indeed unusual for an auto dealership. Roy Smith, one of the managers and James Betancourt, the sales adviser who patiently guided us through the selection and paperwork process, were very professional, friendly, efficient and, most importantly, very caring. They helped us find the perfect second car and then went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect before being delivered. If I am ever in the market again for a car, new or used, I would most definitely return to do business with Sullivan Cadillac and these outstanding sales professionals.

It was an excellent buying experience I received the best price for my trade-in ,paper work has been done in no time. In a little bit more then an hour I was able to enjoy my new car thank you.
