What a great experience! Our sales person, Carlos and the finance person Anthony, were amazing from start to finish!! These 2 were not pushy and listened to what we needed for my daughter. Sullivan Buick really came through with this vehicle and the financial end as well. I recommend them!!

Recently I needed to take care of a little scheduled maintenance on one of my vehicles and I left the dealership feeling as if I was literally family to the help and attention I received in the service department. eg, That's one of the most important variables to me as a consumer, whereas it gives me reason to stick with a family of providers for my automotive needs for many years to come. Personally, I've spent over four decades in the auto industry and I'm so pleased to be receiving the level of service that I've always believed in and that I've always strived to give to my own customers. When I purchase my 2025 Buick Enclave Avenir, I was
When I purchase my 2025 Buick Enclave Avenir, I was forced to purchase the Sullivan App. If I didn't purchase the app, there was not sale. The app was supposed to add an extra layer of security onto the already installed security features of the vehicle. I drove 4.5 hours from where I live to purchase this vehicle because it was had the features and color I wanted. In addition to OnStar, Buick has built in excellent security features - this app, which I don't know how to use was an EXPENSIVE ($2,500) purchase I didn't need or want!!!! Customers should not be coerced into purchasing additional items that are not part of the vehicle. In addition, I was promised a set of Buick all weather mats, but the color needed was not in stock. I was told they would send them out to me. The parts department notified me they were in but were not aware they needed to be shipped to me. My calls regarding the mats to the sales people who I worked with, Cameryn Minger and Amanda Schafer, have not been answered. I've been ghosted. Additionally, they told me that because I live 4.5 hours away, it would be best to schedule my first oil change with a dealership in my area. I have been a Buick owner for many, many years, and I have never been treated like this at the other dealerships I've worked with. If I could give Sullivan's a zero rating, I would. Note: I did not purchase a GMC, I purchased a Buick. The survey would not allow me to switch to Buick.

I was charged $245 for a simple diagnostic, and was told

When I got there, the claim showed the repair would cost $1000 (similar to online prices), and Craig panicked and said that he had to reprint it. The new quote showed the $4000 price. When taken elsewhere, the immediate quote was a maximum of $2000, half the price at GMC.

I feel I was taken advantage of in my bill. Came in for oil change and tire rotation using your special off of $95. Got charged for a tire rotation. Battery failed test so a new battery was purchased. Total labor cost was $167. So no will not recommend you for service nor will I use you again
