The only thing about Sullivan we got there around 1200 met up with Sean and we did not leave until 3 to 4 hours later, which is really unacceptable due to computer crashing or maybe it took that long to get financing, I am unsure. This man has a HORRIBLE attitude and treats customers
This man has a HORRIBLE attitude and treats customers with disrespect. Everyone else we have dealt with in the dealership was kind and trying their best to assist us with a very unfair situation that occurred to my son during the buying process at this dealership. There is no way this man deserves his position as a sales manager. He was rude, would not listen to our concerns, and made inaccurate assumptions. Even one of his fellow employees, that we were fortunate enough to work with instead of this guy after, said he treats many customers like that and that employee didn’t agree with the way he treats people either. The normal manager, we had been dealing with Zach was busy with another customer. I tried to update Kent on where we were at and I didn’t even get five words in and he told me what I was saying was not true. We already established the truth. I wasn’t there for that, I was there because they were going to make it right for my son and his truck purchase. He told us a dealership doesn’t have to disclose when a vehicle has been in a major accident. He might want to get educated in his occupation because in Florida if it impacts the structure of your vehicle by law, if asked you have to reveal that information. Up to this point we have been very kind dealing with everyone, but my son, in the long run, that went $200 above his comfortable payment and put money down, is at a loss now for what transpired that day during the transaction. With that kind of stress, he’s already dealing with the last thing he needed was a sales manager, like this guy trying to say that we were lying and throw it back on us. very unprofessional. If you are going to be dealing with customers, you may want to have some patience, listen more than you talk, and save your temper for behind closed doors. I am 200% sure there are way better employees that could handle that position at GMC more effectively and efficiently than this guy.

Gave us a 17k estimate to fix our trucks transmission. Should be absolutely illegal to charge this much money for something. We’re taking it elsewhere to be done for 4k. We thought taking it to GMC dealer could be the best for our situation but we were absolutely wrong. I came in today to pick it up and apparently you need the specific service tech you worked with to tell them your coming or your key is locked up and they can’t get it?? I’ve never been anywhere that does this. What an absolute scam of a company. Was charged a ridiculous amount for a diagnostic fee of $490 as well until i argued with the guy and he gave a discount.

Marc was good.
Marc was good. However, I specifically asked and paid for the multi point service and was assured the fluids were checked and filled. My brake fluid was at the low mark most important. Also washer fluid not filled and probably not the radiator checked. I had the tires rotated, fuel cleaner installed, oil changed, and transmission complete service. How can I trust anything was done. Mark my tires? It states in writing, in two places, that the fluids were checked. You charged me shop supplies. I showed Marc, he wanted to fix it of course. I may recommend you, but not without a story.
